This is Talia, 's OC guardian of water.
Again the pose was specifically requested, though I kind of had to deny him the first choice and so this is the second pose proposal.
Personally I think it's a lot more magical and I hope he doesn't mind the turn down and likes the result.
I have to say I really do like her. Talia also has snow magic but with a white background that's a little hard to show so I tried making the bubbles look a little icy with some snowy frosty whirly stuff around them.
